Michael Lueckheide

Physicist (NRC Postdoctoral Research Fellow)

Michael Lueckheide earned his Ph. D. in Chemistry from the University of Chicago before starting at NIST.  He is currently a National Research Council (NRC) Postdoctoral Fellow in the Material Measurement Laboratory being advised by Vivek Prabhu.

Research Interests:

  • Characterization of polymer/nucleic acid interactions in solution (neutron scattering, light scattering)
  • Characterization of polymer structure in solution (neutron scattering, light scattering)
  • Self-assembly of block copolymers for drug delivery
