Mark Anders is a Materials Research Engineer in the Alternative Computing Group in the Nanoscale Device Characterization Division of the Physical Measurement Laboratory (PML). He received his B.S. at The Pennsylvania State University in Engineering Science and his Ph.D. at The Pennsylvania State University in Materials Science and Engineering. He specializes in exotic electron paramagnetic resonance techniques for the study of defects related to performance and reliability problems in semiconductor devices. He is also interested in neuromorphic applications of RRAM and performance of neuro-inspired circuits.
