Jeffrey Jaso is a Graduate Student Researcher in the Alternative Computing Group and a Ph.D. candidate in Physics at George Mason University. He is also an electrical engineer at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, where he has worked since 1997. He received a B.A. in Electrical Engineering from George Mason University and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University. He has nearly 20 years of experience designing and manufacturing space flight microwave communication and instrument components for various exploratory, earth science, and solar science missions. Jeff is working with Mark Stiles developing theory for spintronic devices.
