Dr. David Goggin received his B.S. in Chemistry from Angelo State University (2016), and his M.S. (2019) and Ph.D. (2021) in Chemical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines. David has a background in 2D materials, colloids, and interfacial science. A Colorado native, David joined NIST-Boulder in 2021 as a National Research Council Postdoctoral Research Associate working in the Applied Chemicals and Materials Division (ACMD) within the Material Measurement Laboratory (MML). David’s current research at NIST focuses on developing time-resolved, high-resolution measurement techniques that can simultaneously characterize the structure, composition, and reliability of 2D material-based electronic devices under relevant operating conditions.
