This proceedings includes the 9 refereed papers, and captures the essence of the keynote, four panels and interaction at the workshop. The workshop also included a birds-of-a-feather session and an informal rump session. Attendees included presenters from the USA, Canada, Brazil, Czech Republic, Israel, Japan, Singapore, Uganda, UK, and Japan. Due to the success of this event, a seventh workshop is planned for Spring 2008.
