The 2020 I(SPM)3 meeting is being held in Breckenridge, Colorado, in the heart of America's beautiful Rocky Mountains. Breckenridge is a historic mining town that was reinvented as one of America's most famous ski areas starting in the early 1960's. In the town, you will find numerous restaurants, cafe's and shops. The town is surrounded by 13,000'+ (4000+ m) mountains offering an outdoor playground for skiers, hikers, cyclists, fishermen and women, and nature lovers. In early June, visitors can expect typically sunny weather, with high temperatures around 60 °F (16 °C) and lows around 40 °F (6 °C). That said, a day or two of snow in June is not unheard of, and visitors should check the forecast and pack accordingly. Of note for skiers, depending on the Winter's snowfall, there is a chance that Breckenridge Ski Area or nearby Arapahoe Basin will still be open for spring-skiing before or after the conference.
The conference is being held at Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center. The venue offers large meeting rooms, exhibitor space and numerous private areas for collaborative discussion. The venue is walking distance to downtown Breckenridge and numerous recreational opportunities.
