National CHMD Industries contacted AEDC-MS, part of the MEP National Network™, for a Lean Transformation strategy that would guide them to meet sales demands and lead managers to implement a continuous improvement daily process. AEDC-MS delivered Value Stream Mapping and Toyota Kata trainings to achieve the desired goals.
