Assistance with ISO 9001:2015 Transition Helps Customer Retain Sales

About

Rosene Machine, Inc. operates a variety of Computer Numeric Control (CNC) machines to produce custom parts in metal for a range of industries and applications. Rosene also serves the well-drilling and plumbing markets with internal pipe-cutting products. Rosene Machine was established as a part-time business by founder, Dennis Rosene.  Rosene currently employs a staff of seven in Firth, Nebraska.

The Challenge

As a part manufacturer and fabricator to numerous suppliers, Rosene needed ISO certification to qualify for new markets and assure customers in multiple industries of their quality and reliability. They were also feeling pressure by some of their current customers to be ISO 9001:2015 certified.
ISO certification is necessary for a parts supplier and custom fabricator like Rosene Machine, Inc.  Without it, we cannot reach new customers with our expertise and service.  The Nebraska MEP provided a cost-effective, on-site solution to train our staff to achieve the certification.
— Dennis Rosene, President

MEP's Role

Using the Nebraska MEP, Rosene Machine successfully went through ISO compliance and certification over a six-month period.
