Nova-Tech, Incorporated, an aseptic manufacturer of a variety of animal health pharmaceuticals, was founded in 1988 in Grand Island, Nebraska and currently employs approximately 50 persons. Since moving to a brand new facility in 2011, Nova-Tech is one of the largest FDA-registered parenteral injectable manufacturers for animal health in the United States.
In parallel to its continuing long-term growth phase, Nova-Tech was seeking added technical assistance to spearhead timely environmental due diligence regarding current and expected process stream effluent demands on the local utility, to not only show ongoing compliance, but also steward the sound relationship the company has with the local community.
I had a great intern for the project from the College of Engineering and Matthew Jorgensen of Nebraska MEP was a great help in setting us up with this program and following it through to completion.
