Group Manager for Performance Metrics and Evaluation

Stephen Campbell is an Economist in the Performance Metrics and Evaluation group with the Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) Program at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).  Prior to this position, Steve served as an economist in NIST’s Chief Economist’s Office, the Technology Partnership Office (TPO) and the Advanced Technology Program (ATP) where he also served as the senior advisor to the Director of the program. In addition, he served as the Group Leader for the Impact Analysis Group with the Technology Innovation Program (TIP).  Steve joined the Department of Commerce in 1999. Prior to coming to NIST in 2001, he worked at the Census Bureau as an economist and survey statistician.
