These templates were created from ANSI 378 templates, and are not sorted. The templates are used to validate correct operation of the submitted SDK on the NIST test platform prior to the start of testing. The templates are representative of the FORMAT of the actual test data only. They are not intended to be representative of the test data in terms of number of minutiae or other characteristics. Participants shall compute the results of matching 100 pairs of templates from this set with their SDK, and return the scores to the Test Liaison (by email). If more than one SDK will be submitted, the process shown below shall be repeated for each additional SDK.
