README.txt for NIST ARC, v. 0.98 (Beta)

Setup Instructions
1. Install Anaconda
- [ ] Visit https://www.anaconda.com/products/individual
- [ ] Identify the installer that is designed for your operating system, ie, Window, Linux or macOS
- [ ] Download and run the installer
2. Retrieve and open the NIST_ARC_Installation notebook (.ipynb) file
- [ ] In the Windows/Linux/macOS start menu, locate and open an 'Anaconda prompt' command prompt window
- [ ] Type at the prompt the following two commands. The first retrieves the installation notebook and the second opens it.

             curl -o NIST_ARC.zip https://www.nist.gov/system/files/documents/2022/10/19/NIST_ARC_Installation.ipynb

             jupyter notebook NIST_ARC_Installation

3. This will open an installation notebook in your browser.  Follow the instructions in the notebook to complete the installation.
