        Verify that a node properly replies to ICMPv6 Echo Requests.

JUDGEMENT

    The NUT must send an Echo Reply to TN. 
    The Source Address of the Packet must be same as the Global Destination Address of TN's Echo Request packet, 
    while the Destination Address must be the same as the Global Source Address of TN's Echo Request packet.
    The NUT must send an Echo Reply to TN with a valid checksum.
