        Verify that a node properly replies to ICMPv6 Echo Requests.

JUDGEMENT

    The NUT must send an Echo Reply to TN. 
    The Source Address of the Packet must be same as the Site-Local Address of TN's Echo Request packets, 
    while the Destination Address must be the same as the Link-Local Source Address of TN's Echo Request packet.
    The NUT must send an Echo Reply to TN with a valid checksum.
