TEST PROCEDURE

        Verify that a node properly transmits ICMPv6 Echo Request.

JUDGEMENT

    << PASS >>
    The NUT must send an Echo Request to TN.
    The Destination Address of the Packet must be same as TN's Link-Local address.
    The checksum must be valid.
    The Type field must be equal to 128 and the Code field must be equal to 0.
