This is Software WriteBlock Test Suite 1.0 (SWBTestSuite) a package of programs 
that can be used to support testing of disk imaging tools used in 
computer forensic examinations.  The package can be downloaded from
the WWW.CFTT.NIST.GOV web site. Everything is offered as is. This 
package is under active development.

How do I install the software?
Prerequisites
1.	Install Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Driver Development Kit (DDK) 3790 on a Microsoft Windows Server 2003.
2.	Create a directory named src under the 3790 directory.
3.	Copy the SWBTestSuite directory (complete with all contents) to the src directory. 
Compilation 
Steps
1.	Open DDK via Start  All Programs  Development Kits  Windows DDK 3790  Build Environments  Windows Server 2003  Windows Server 2003 Free Build Environment.
2.	At the command prompt, cd into SWBTestSuite.
3.	At the command prompt, type build cZ and press enter.
Results
The compilation builds 3 executable and compiles 8 files. 

Can I modify and redistribute the software?
Sure, just give us credit and add a notice of what was changed.
