Open Equation of State (for fitting)

An EOS generated previously by TDE can be opened and used as initial conditions for fitting of the EOS to a new compound.

The screen views are analogous to those shown for opening a TDE EOS as Read Only. This feature is available only for Span-Wagner type equations.
