Transportation Secretary Norman Y. Mineta presented the
2000 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award to four companies.
(Mineta, a former Commerce Department Secretary, stood in
for Commerce Secretary Donald L. Evans who was traveling
from trade meetings in Latin America.)
