Semiconductor Manufacturing Fitting more chips on each wafer

This 300 mm wafer from International SEMATECH is the beginning of the next generation of semiconductor productivity. New semiconductor facilities being built today will process chips on these larger wafers. This one is patterned with a test chip that is being used to evaluate new manufacturing processes and equipment in the Advanced Technology Development facility at International SEMATECH.
