U.S. CITIZENS PLEASE NOTE:

additional information. Failure to provide this information prior
to arrival on the site will result, as a minimum, in significant
delays (up to 24 hours) in entering the facility. Authority to
gather this information is derived from United States Department
of Commerce Department Administrative Order (DAO) number 207-12.

Cancellation
Policy:
Any cancellation
requests must be received in writing or by email by September
4, 2009 to be eligible for a refund of the entire registration
fee. Cancellation requests received after September 4, 2009
and before 5:00 p.m. ET September 22, 2009 will be subject to
a 25% cancellation fee. After 5:00 p.m. ET September 22, 2009
the attendee shall be liable for 100% of the registration fee.
There is a 25% reprocessing fee to change to a different payment
