Format:
Conference style seminar.
Purpose:

Methods of measuring and interpreting oscillators and clock performance.

Topics:

Topics include: optical clocks, phase-locked loop optimization, oscillator and amplifier arrays, active PM-noise reduction techniques, low-noise frequency synthesis using femtosecond lasers, time transfer and position/navigation, and chip-scale atomic clocks.
