The Workshop will present current and emerging synchronization issues in telecommunications systems. Presentations will begin in tutorial format, with some presentations stretching assumed knowledge to more advanced users.

About the Workshop:
As the telecom core is shifting from synchronous to asynchronous, standards bodies have developed methods of providing sync for applications. As these are now being rolled out, real-world problems are being addressed. .
