Dr. Joaquin (Jack) V. Martinez de Pinillos

Dr. Martinez de Pinillos is a guest researcher of the Semiconductor & Dimensional Metrology Division (683) of the Physical Measurement Laboratory (PML) at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Prior to coming to NIST he was the Manager, Analytical Technology, Electronics Division of Air Products and Chemicals where he worked for 24 years in different capacities. He has published numerous papers on the analysis of gases, and microcontamination issues and several patents in chemical manufacturing. He has a Ph.D. from the University of Florida in Chemical Physics.
