Ms. King started out as a guest researcher. She was part of a team that produces radioactive SRMs for the pharmaceutical and nuclear industries. Currently, she provides several calibration services involving the measurement of alpha- and beta-emitting-radioactive sources. Most of her measurements are conducted with 2π gas proportional counters. In addition to supporting the group and division in a number of ways, she assists in the gamma laboratory as needed.
