Synchrotron Methods Group
The Synchrotron Methods Group develops and disseminates synchrotron measurement science and technology needed by U.S. industry to measure nanoscale electronic, chemical, and spatial structure of advanced materials. The Group’s activities are carried out at the NIST beamlines at the National Synchrotron Light Source in three project areas: Synchrotron X-ray Measurement Method Development, Synchrotron X-ray Measurements, and Synchrotron Beamline Operations.
