- Develop advanced high-throughput metrology for characterization of combinatorial thermoelectric film
- Investigate combinatorial thermoelectric film synthesis by pulsed laser deposition(PLD) and magnetron sputtering
- Explore structure-property relationship of novel thermoelectric material through combinatorial film synthesis and characterization techniques
