Electronics and Telecom Research Activities in MML

Computer File Sharing

Electronics and communications are essential to our everyday lives.  Cutting edge MML research is providing dramatically improved measurement tools, models, and data to keep U.S. electronics and telecommunications R&D innovative and globally competitive.  These outputs are vital to enabling next generation electronic devices, such as organic thin film transistors, future semiconductor device fabrication, and superior telecommunications for U.S. citizens and our military.  Research activities consider devices, circuits and electronic systems. Microelectronic investigations are a particular emphasis, as these provide the industry with effective tools for future improvements in micro and nano-technologies, intelligent sensors, electronics for telecommunications, digital system electronics and electronics for process control.
