In general, my research focuses on statistical mechanics and molecular simulation of complex fluids. We are currently applying powerful flat-histogram Monte Carlo sampling methods to study/understand/predict the thermodynamic properties of a broad range of systems, such as multicomponent fluids, confined fluids, phase transitions, and fluids in the vicinity of solid surfaces.
