Dr. Hua-Jun He

My research at NIST focuses on the development of high throughput based methods for protein and DNA biomarkers, i.e. a fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) based method for the detection of DNA binding activities of nuclear factor κB and an antibody array for sensing the insulin signaling pathway. Recently, I am working on the standardization of cardiac Troponin I measurement project and glycoprotein metrology for efficient biomanufacturing of safe and effective therapeutic proteins.
