James E. Norris

Jim is responsible for measurements of ozone concentrations up to 1000 nmol/mol using an ultraviolet photometric technique.  He is responsible for operation and production of the NIST Standard Reference Photometer, which serves globally as an ozone reference standard, and for development and advancement of automated calibration systems for commercial and custom-made ozone instrumentation.
