Ndubuisi George Orji

Mr. Orji is a mechanical engineer in the Surface and Microform Metrology Group of the Precision Engineering Division (PED), one of five divisions of the Manufacturing Engineering Laboratory (MEL) at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
