Dr. John A. Kramar

Dr. Kramar is the leader of and a research chemist in the Nanoscale Metrology Group of the Precision Engineering Division (PED), one of five divisions of the Manufacturing Engineering Laboratory (MEL) at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
