Dr. Steven D. Phillips

Dr. Phillips is the leader of and a physicist in the Large-Scale Coordinate Metrology Group of the Precision Engineering Division (PED), one of five divisions of the Manufacturing Engineering Laboratory (MEL) at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
