Dr. Theodore D. Doiron

Dr. Doiron is the leader of and a physicist in the Engineering Metrology Group of the Precision Engineering Division (PED), one of five divisions of the Manufacturing Engineering Laboratory (MEL) at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
