| Title: | Standard Reference Materials for Relative Intensity Correction of Raman Spectrometers |
| Published: | November 01, 2005 |
| Abstract: | NIST has developed a set of transfer standards for the relative correction of the intensity axis of Raman spectrometers. Three standards, covering the most commonly used lasers have been issued, and development of a fourth standard for 1064 nm excitation is underway. These Standard Reference Materials (SRM s) are anticipated to enable the development of instrument-corrected spectral libraries and provide a simple day-to-day validation check of instrument performance. |
