Stacks: Macros

ImageJ

ImageJ:  Macros and Plugins are accessed via the Plugins menu. There are over 100 plugins and 70 macros available at the ImageJ web site.

Many of the Plugins and macros manipulate stacks.

NIH Image

Several years ago* the Stacks macro file contained functions such as Register, Project and Reslice that are now incorporated into the Stacks menu. The Stacks macro file now has many new functions.

• Special -> Load Macros menu. Find the Macros folder (supplied with Image), select the Stacks file.
