Closing Sliders

1. Any slider can be closed by clicking on the close button (the X at the upper right of the window).
2. Sliders made with the CLUT menu can be popped (brought to the front) or closed with commands in this menu.
3. CLUT / Window action when closing slider determines whether or not the image retains the effects of any CLUT sliders after they are closed, or if it reverts to gray scale.
