FINI files used by the k-ratio function:

Text version with no comments. Use with Lispix.
Text version with comments. Lispix also reads this.
Excel* version with comments. (Spreadsheets make it easier to construct FINI files. Export as tab-delimited text for use with Lispix.)

These images are used by the K-ratio functions. They are TIFF files, but with no extension. This is a hold-over from Mac days - Lispix reads TIFF files either with the TIF or TIFF extension, or with no extension. (Lispix will not read other file types without their proper extension.)

Elemental images: Iron Nickel Aluminum (These are not k-ratio images despite the "-k" appended to the file name.)

STEM image

Silicon, Oxygen, Sulfur, Scandium These low count, background images made using the appropriate x-ray channels for the element, but any image-like data is probably artifact.
