Sayaka Suzuki is a guest researcher in the Fire Measurements Group of the Fire Research Division (FRD) of the Engineering Laboratory (EL) at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Before joining NIST in January 2010, Dr. Suzuki was a Ph.D. student in the Department of Chemical System Engineering at The University of Tokyo, Japan. Dr. Suzuki's Ph.D. topic was "Effect of particle morphology on thermophoretic behavior of aggregated particle." Suzuki's research at NIST is related to understanding the ignition of structures due to firebrand attack in wildland-urban interface (WUI). Latest Publications
