The CCC is composed of experts from a variety of homeland security and criminal justice areas such as biometrics, transit security, less-than-lethal technologies, responder technologies, law enforcement, CBRNE, and intelligence. The CCC identifies SMEs and responders to attend working groups and workshops. The CCC also provides awareness of activities that may be leveraged across multiple sectors and helps identify the needs of those areas. The CCC meets on a quarterly basis.
