Dear Friends:
On behalf of

Bureau of Standards, currently known as the National Institute of
Standards and Technology, your organization has been an invaluable
asset to the citizens of this Commonwealth and an extremely effective
resource to our great nation.
Your dedicated

by your very competent team of employees is commendable, and the
NIST continues to play an integral role in the advancement of national
standards. You have proven yourselves to be worthy of the highest
