SALARIES AND EXPENSES
For necessary expenses to carry out the Help America Vote Act of 2002, $16,530,000, of which $3,250,000 shall be transferred to the National Institute of Standards and Technology for election reform activities authorized under the Help America Vote Act of 2002.
