Bookmark and Share Russell Hajdaj

Russell Hajdaj is a Process Engineer in the CNST NanoFab Operations Group, where he provides expert tool training, support and process development for wafer bonding and wafer dicing, and assists with cleanroom maintenance and operations. He also serves as the Nanofabrication Safety Officer, providing new user orientation and overseeing the NanoFab Safety Program. Russell has a B.S. in Microelectronic Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He initially joined NIST as a Facility Manager working for the Electronics and Electrical Engineering Laboratory (EEEL), where he helped establish a multi-user Microfabrication Semiconductor Process Facility, and later provide expert support for the design and commissioning of the NanoFab cleanroom. Russell was awarded the EEEL John Mayo-Wells Safety award in 2005, and a Department of Commerce Silver Medal Award for meritorious service in 2006.
