GREETINGS!

On behalf of the people of the State of Wisconsin, I would like to recognize and congratulate the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) on the occasion of their Centennial celebration and their new Hall of State Flags.

It is an honor to commend NIST for their exceptional efforts and mission in developing accepted standards and principles of commerce, to benefit organizations across Wisconsin and United States. The technical foundation that NIST has formed through their extensive research and testing has provided insight and knowledge to countless businesses, companies and organizations.

Please accept my sincere gratitude on the occasion of NIST's Centennial celebration. Each person involved with this outstanding organization can take great pride in knowing the exceptional standards and guidance they have provided for Wisconsin, the United States and the nation are greatly valued and appreciated.
