New this Year!
Affiliate Hosted Session,
Monday 7-9 pm

This session, designed and organized by Quiet Excellence, provides extra opportunities for learning and networking. The session is offered on Monday evening, 7-9 pm in the Maryland State Room.

This session is designed to assist organizations in using commonly found key themes “OFIs” as catalysts for improving organizational processes and performance results, and “application OFIs” – best practices for identifying gaps in the application that don’t exist in the organization.

Quiet Excellence will share best practices for creating the conditions for success related to three common OFIs: Processes for innovation; Comparisons / Benchmarks for results; and Gaps in alignment / integration. You are also invited to bring OFIs to this “group therapy session” for discussion about best practices and brainstorming of suggestions for improvement.

This session is free, and first-come, first-seated.
