Baldrige Program Strategy Map
In conducting our latest round of strategic planning the Baldrige Program decided to utilize the development of a strategy map and aligned balanced scorecard as the framework for strategy development. The idea came from a team of our staff that had been charged with developing an impact plan to capitalize on our Gallup Q12 survey results. The concept was endorsed by the leadership and planning activities began in February of 2011. On June 15, 2011 the draft strategy map and associated metrics was presented to the Baldrige Board of Overseers for review and approval. At this point the externally focused portions of the map (Funder/Stakeholder and Customer perspectives) had been completed and our intent was to confirm this portion of the strategic direction prior to addressing the internally focused areas (Internal Processes and Learning & Growth). Since that time, work on the full Strategy Map has been completed and vetted with numerous stakeholder groups.
This guiding document continues to be an important source of direction as the Baldrige Program transitions to the new Enterprise model, both for the Program and for our partners. As more information about this Enterprise model becomes finalized, we will be posting it in this section as well.

The map and measures are an ongoing work. You will see a number of iterations in the background document and we will continue to refine this with the feedback we receive.
