GUIDELINES FOR THE NIST TECHNICALENDAR

The Technicalendar, isued each Friday, covers scheduled events which are of interest primarily to the NIST staff. All boxed items/notices for inclusion should be in WordPerfect 5.1, 6.1, or ASCII format and MUST be received by 12:00 NOON each Wednesday unless otherwise stated in the Technicalendar. Items for inclusion and requests for copies of this calendar should be directed to the Editor, Building 820, Room 125, by fax (926-4431), or e-mail mingo@micf.nist.gov. The editor may edit or reject any item submitted.
 
 

Items submitted must be complete, accurate, and prepared as specified in the instructions below.

 Boxed Notices
 
 

  1. A boxed notice provides detailed information about the content or purpose of a meeting.
  2. The notice must be submitted with the text typed a maximum of 9 inches wide by 3 inches deep. Boxed notices submitted over the maximum measurements will not be accepted. Do not place a box around the text.
  3. Boxed notices may be sent by e-mail or on a disk. A hard copy must accompany the disk.
  4. Be sure to include:
