CAMS Phase III Final Training Strategy

13    Appendix C- Example Learning Comprehension Agreement

Appendix C depicts an example Learning Comprehension Agreement that will be utilized during the CAMS Phase III Training Program.

A Learning Comprehension Agreement documents an understanding between the trainee and his/her manager on the areas where the trainee will focus his/her self-learning after the classroom training is completed prior to the implementation of CAMS and where support is needed from the manager. Managers will use this as a tool to monitor knowledge retention and application. Learning activities should ultimately tie to the group’s business goals.
