CAMS Phase III Final Training Strategy

10    Next Steps

The Change Management Team recommends that the following stakeholders review the CAMS Phase III Training Strategy:
  • NIST Deputy Chief Financial Officer
  • DCFO Division Chiefs
  • DCFO Group Managers
  • DCFO Supervisors
  • SMAs
The Change Management Team will use the input and feedback from stakeholders to update the training strategy as necessary. In addition, it will be necessary to create a detailed implementation plan for each of the five stages of the training delivery approach.

The CIC will begin the first stage of the training delivery approach by developing and conducting informal CAMS Navigation seminars in the CAMS Lab for all Phase III stakeholders interested in acquiring navigation skills.

In addition to the initiation of the CAMS Lab seminars, the Change Management Team will conduct an external System Expert kick-off meeting in early February. System Experts will receive a high-level overview of the program and instructions on how to proceed with training.
