11.0   Creating and Printing Bank Transaction Reports

Introduction:

This procedure describes how to create and print a report of all bank transactions within a specified date range and for a specific reconciliation status.

Window(s) Used in Bank Transaction Reports:

  • Cardholder Statement (BC-704)

11.1   Creating a Report - Client-Server Version Process

Use this procedure to create Commerce Purchase Card System (CPCS) bank transaction reports via Client-Server.

STEP

ACTION

Click on Cardholder from the Main Menu.  A drop-down box appears.  Click on Reports.  Another drop-down box appears.  Click on Cardholder Purchase Card Statement (BC704).  The Cardholder Statement (BC704) window appears.

Type the beginning date of the range of transactions to be covered in the report in the BEGIN PURCHASE DATE field.

Type the ending date of the range of transactions to be covered in the report in the END PURCHASE DATE field.

Click on the down arrow in the RECONCILIATION STATUS field. The following drop-down transaction status menu appears:

%  - (all statuses)

D (Disputed)

R (Reconciled)

N (Not Reconciled)

S (Swept)

Y (Year-End Swept)

 

Click on the appropriate reconciliation status for the report.

Click on the "Run Report" button at the top of the window. The resulting report appears on the screen.

Click on the "Print" button at the top of the report.  A Print pop-up appears.  Click on the " OK" button.

Click on the "Close" button to return to the Main Menu.

11.2  Creating a Report - Web Version Process

Use this procedure to create Commerce Purchase Card System (CPCS) bank transaction reports via the Web version of CPCS.

STEP

ACTION

Click on Cardholder from the Main Menu.  A drop-down box appears.  Click on Reports.  Another drop down box appears.  Click on Cardholder Purchase Card Statement (BC704).  The Cardholder Purchase Card Statement (BC704) window appears.

Type the beginning date of the range of transactions to be covered in the report in the BEGIN PURCHASE DATE field.

Type the end date of the range of transactions to be covered in the report in the END PURCHASE DATE field.

Click on the arrow next to the RECONCILIATION STATUS field.  The following drop-down menu appears:

% (all statuses)

D (Disputed)

R (Reconciled)

N (Not Reconciled)

S (Swept)

Y (Year-End Swept)

 

Click on the appropriate reconciliation status for the report.

Click on the "Run Report" button.  The resulting report appears on the screen.

Note:  Acrobat Adobe opens.  To see the statement, do one of the following (or a combination of the two) depending upon the configuration of your system:

  •   Minimize the "Cardholder Purchase Card Statement (BC704) window by clicking   on the Acrobat Adobe task bar at the bottom of the window.
  •   Click on the minimum bar on the "Cardholder Purchase Card Statement (BC704)   window.

Click on File in the Main Menu.  A drop-down box appears.

Click on Print.  A Print pop-up appears.

Click on the "Shrink to fit" button on the Print pop-up.

Click on the "OK" button in the Print pop-up.

Depending upon the configuration of your system, do one of the following (or a combination of the two) to return to the Main Menu:

  •   Click on File from the Main Menu.  A drop-down box appears.  Click on Close.     The CAMS window appears.  Click on "The Bureau" taskbar. The Cardholder    Purchase Card Statement (BC704) window appears."  Click on the "Cancel"    button."  The Main Menu appears.
  •   Click on File from the Main Menu.  Click on Close from the Main Menu.  The   Cardholder Purchase Card Statement (BC704) window appears.  Click on the   "Cancel" button.  The Main Menu appears.
